OEM: How to set right "Logon as Batch Job"?

The Oracle8 OEM "Console Configuration" documentation states that executing
jobs on a managed node requries that the user account be granted the
advanced user right "logon as a batch job".  Looking through the Security
Manager, I can't find any mention of that right.  Can anyone point me in the
correct direction for setting this right?
