Help Needed for internet deployment

We are planning to depoye our online reservation application on internet,
first we thought of Developer 6, but in initial study we found that that is
too heavy for an internet application, now we are considering for Oracle
application server's cartridge appilcation. Can some please guide us what is
best way to do so.
