Ermina,

Do this. Go to the Enterprise Manager Control Panel and click on the Discover New Services option under the Navigator Menu. The Discover New Services Wizard will show up. Click on Next. In the New Node Tab type in the name of the host on which your database physically resides. (That will be the Machine Name under NT. Right Click on the Network Neighbourhood and you will get the same) Click on Add. Click on Next. On the next screen click on the Immediately after execution and on Yes for update of the tnsnames.ora .Click on Next. On the next tab click on Finish. (I am assuming that your Oracle Intelligent Agent is running cause you said so)

                                                Hope this helps.
