hi,
i have a huge number of images and they are categorized into year of entry(about 4 years) and faculty(about 20 faculties) I want to store them as bfiles.

my concerns
1. to create a directory and dump all the image files in => only one directory object is created
2. to store the image files into respective directories categorized by year of entry and faculty => 4*20=80 directory object will be created

which option would be better?
kindly raise any security and/or maintenence issues that i should take note

thanks! Received on Tue Aug 24 1999 - 03:37:15 CDT
