Can't read registry Path

I have to reinstall Oracle 7.3.4 on NT 4.0 Server with ServicePack 3. First i had made a deinstall of the Oracle and clean up the dirty oracle-entrys in
the registry.

Now the installation is running util the question about the location of the database
and backup database, after it i get the messages "Can't read registry Path" and the
installation does broken off.
