Hi there,
Just move $ORACLE_HOME/otrace/admin/process.dat and regid.dat files to a Backup Location and see the difference. Or you can set EPC_DISABLED=TRUE in U'r Session statup files.

The reason is becos Oracle Tracing is enabled by default in 7.3.3 version and it slows down the Connections.
