Hi Kurt,
You need to Add a Key called 'DependOnService' of Class 'REG_MULTI_SZ' and set
it's value to 'OracleService<DB_NAME>OracleStart<Db_NAME> in the OracleOEM
Management Server Registry entry in LOCAL_MACHiNE:SYSTEM:Current Control
Set:SERvices:
This will Start the Management Server only after the Database Services are atarted by NT on Startup.
