Permission denied!?

After I installed the Oracle 815 on RedHat 6.0 Linux, and I try to run
some app(actually all apps have the same problem), such as 'sqlplus',
but I get 'Permission denied' message.



I log in as one member of 'dba' group. This should work, according to
Oracle's doc.



Anyone help me?? Thanks a lot!
