You can set DDL parameters through the PeopleSoft application designer. I
am at home now and not at work, so I can't tell you exactly, but I believe
it is Tools/Data Administration/DDL Parameters. But as the other post said,
this is an Oracle thing, PSFT just lets you control the default from here.
