Can't run OEM from Oracle Enterprise Edition 8.1.5 for NT

Hi,



Recently installed Oracle8i Enterprise Edition 8.1.5 for NT.
Does anyone has any success in running the Oracle Administration
Assistant ?


The instance & the test database are up & running. Manual
commands work fine (svrmgrl, sqlplus). So does the Database
Configuration Assistant.



I've also tried downloading the OEM 2.0.4 from Oracle's technet
site. Seems to timeout everytime. Any ideas ?
