problem installing OEM 2.0.4 with ORACLE8i 8.1.5 on NT server 4.0

hi, ORACLE experts:

I tried to install OEM 2.0.4 on the same machine where ORACLE8i was just installed (with an additional database created for the OEM tables).

service pack 5 was applied to the NT server before installation of the ORACLE stuff.

However, the OEM Oracle Universal Installer (OUI) deinstall the OUI that comes with Oracle8i server 8.1.5 and also when one of the configuration tool runs, it seems to hang (no further response from the installer for several minutes.

Is this a normal situation, or did I miss something crucial to the installation process?

If you have successfully installed OEM 2.0.4 on the same machine with Oracle8i 8.1.5, and remember the detail steps involved, please let me know as soon as possible.
