One reason to incorporate another web listener would be to provide a scripting language that was not available with the default listener (web server) on OAS and to run both from the same port 80.

However, if one is not using anything special from these other listeners, it doesn't make sense to incorporate them rather than the default listener that comes with OAS. It just provides one more thing to break and configure.
