Yes, it is worked -- Intel Pentium133 with 32Mb RAM, Oracle 8i, RedHar 6.0. But _veeryy slooow_. It uses about 70mb memory (with a minimal shared_pool_size etc). This was my test of it functionality only -- now it is on P2/233 with 196Mb RAM.
Package is very broken, read discussion (there is a link on technet.oracle.com) about how to install it.
