Uninstall Oracle 8 Server (for NT) ?

I tried to uninstall Oracle 8 Server from a computer yesterday, but I don't think it went quite the way it is supposed to. There isn't an uninstall program, so I used the Installer to remove all Oracle programs/files. It couldn't remove all the files, and I got multiple errors, including:

You must close all Oracle programs before removing this. -- The only program open was the Installer.
Cannot delete _________ file, check that it's not write-protected. (It wasn't.) (Received this about multiple files)

Does anyone know how to successfully uninstall Oracle 8 Server? I actually will need to reinstall it later, so I want to make sure I don't leave it totally screwed up.
