Hi there,

as far as I know the following things will happen at open resetlogs:

The header of all datafiles will be updatet with a new Transaction Number
There will be change of TSN inside the control file

Therefore there is only one way. Delete of the database, Restore from tape, recover again.

From my point of view there will be no further revover after open resetlogs, but if somebody knows how to do it, please mail it.
