error using/creating db link

When we try to create a DB link, it seams it succeeds. However when I try to
use the link I receive ORA-02085: database link TESTLINK.WORLD connects to
ORACLE.WORLD.



The TNSnames.ora entry Test.world, which is used for the TESTLINK link,
connection test works fine.


What am I doing wrong here?
