Hi Gerrit,
I wouldn't advise NT to any ISP. It is an established fact the Microsoft website runs on Unix servers.
This is simply a question of scalability. If you now already have 70 users, I have a feeling an 'ordinary' NT-server (256M-512M RAM) will not be able to cope with this load. And then of course there are advantages/disadvantages as the Unix shell against a GUI etc. For me, try getting an HP-UX, or an RS/6000 or even Linux.
For a detailed discussion of Oracle on NT refer to http://www.ipass.net/~davesisk/oont.htm

Further direct questions (in Dutch) welcome.
