Trigger problem...

Hi all..

following problem:

i have a after insert trigger for table xxx which starts a function that = should read records from the same table xxx

this function should (after a insert on xxx) read some records to find = out whats different between the new record and older record

i allways get following message:

ORA-04091: table xxx is mutating, trigger/function may not see it

i know i could execute that function later, but it would be great if i = could do that from the trigger
