I am converting Oracle on NT to an HP9000 Unix and want to know if I should use a raw disk or the file system. Can I have more than 1 table on a raw device? Are they difficult to manage as opposed to the unix file system.

We are going to be using the tables mainly for lookup and running reports.

Thanks,
Mike Lopes
