You should decide which instant will be the master. Create links from the master to each of the sub instances. Using the links, pull the data and objects over with the appropriate DML/DDL.

You will have to watch your resources to insure you have space in your master instance to support the new/imported data. You might also need to put the data into staging tables and clean it of duplicates, foreign key issues, and other constraint violations.
