Privileged users want auditing information

I just turned session auditing on in a small datamart. I was going to generate a report
and e-mail it, but apparently, some privileged users want access to the auditing information
itself. DBA_AUDIT_SESSION has the info, but is there a traditional way to offer
access of this table to a user? I don't want to put a trigger on sys.aud$ clearly, so maybe
just a view of the table for a separate user? They want to user powerbuilder to make reports of their own.
