Oracle Installation help

My company is looking for someone who lives in Austin, TX that has experience installing the Oracle 8.0x database on a server running Windows NT Server. We are going to use the Oracle database along with the SAP 4.5b and would prefer someone who has experience installing Oracle as the database to run behind SAP.
