 I had the same problem. Try using the oradim80.exe command line utility. Unfortunately, at least on our installations (NT on DEC ALPHAs) the thing is kind of flaky. Sometimes you have to run it to or three times for it to take, or if you wait a day or two after running it, it suddenly, magically takes effect. Hope it helps. Joe Long
