Help : 7.3.4 & solaris 2.6 Creating second database

we create a second database after making a shutdown of the firs and when we want to connect to the new database we have message

ORA-1033: ORACLE initialization or shutdown in progress

The first database is accessible but not the second.

We launch oracle instances with dbstart.

The trace file don't ask any more than
