Hi there,
What exactly is the Error message ? Is it accompanied by any Oracle Internal Errors ? The Best bet is to call Oracle Support with the Error Code Arguments along with the associated Trace files.

I know that there were many Bugs related to MTS that were fixed in 7.3.4.3 and Oracle 8..Can you upgrade the Server version ?
