Conversion from Sybase to Oracle

I have been asked to convert a Sybase 11.0.3 database to an Oracle 8.0.5
database.  I feel pretty comfortable with the schema and the data but I
have no knowledge of the differences between stored procedure code.  Can
anyone offer assistance?
