problem indexing blob with intermedia

Hello,

I am having a problem when I try to create a full-text index on a BLOB column
using interMedia and Oracle 8.1.5.

It gives me an error of "DRG-11101: failed to open file \drgit3" when I look at the ctx_user_index_errors column. I have no idea what this error means.

The index works okay when I use a CLOB text column. But I want to use filtering so I can index Word documents, PDF documents, etc. so I need to use
a binary column.

Any ideas on why the index on the BLOB column would not work? (I have also tried it with BFILEs and get roughly the same problem).
