All,



Can anyone recommend tools that will allow personnel to copy a master
Oracle 8 relational database flat-file (without copying the entire
database) and manipulate the data (modify, scale, add, subtract, add
rows to views etc.) to display various "what if" scenarios (without
modifying the master file.) and finally to save the modified file.



Any info would be appreciated.
