Oracle 8:backup manager job ends with 'failed to authenticate user'

Hi,



when submitting backup jobs created by the backup manager, they end
with the above-mentioned error message.



I have the oracle intelligent agent running on the machine where the
server runs. As mentioned in the original oracle documentation, I
configured this user to run using a NT user witch has the advanced
right 'logon as batch job'



Despite that, all backup jobs end with the above-mentioned error
message. What goes wrong ?
