There is a strange statement ALTER SYSTEM SET FIXED_DATE='yyyy/mm/dd hh24:mi:ss' to change the time of the database.
After issuing the statement, the time of the database is frozen, and I don't know how to reset the time unless restarting the database. Received on Mon Jul 26 1999 - 08:55:23 CDT
