Dialup connection to database -session not closing-please help!!! URGENT

Hi,
I am connecting to my oracle database over a dialup connection using RAS on NT-4
.
My problem is that when the dial up connection goes down my sessions are not
disconnected. Instance Manager says inactive. After a couple of hours they get
disconnected.I have to disconnect them manually.How do i disconnect my session automatically when the dialup connection goes down.
