Hi all,



When I want to create a new instance


with svrmgrl (internal, after the startup nomount)
when I do the "create database"


I've got the following message :


ORA-00603: ORACLE server session terminated by fatal error
MGR-11401: input error, unable to read input line
MGR-01508: unable to close the current file





Have you any ideas where to fing the problem ?
