Arkeia and Oracle

Need some info about Arkeia and Oracle 7 an 8 backups on Unix platforms.

Please tell me your pro's and con's.

The first con's i have:

Slow sales person (France)
Promise for Oracle 8 agent 2 Months ago, stil no 8 agent. Hi price of the agent.

The first pro's:

Great interface.
Super Oracle 7 backup.
Lots of supported OS an Hardware.
