Installing oracle 8i

Help ???



I've installed oracle 8i enterprise edition 8.1.5 and I'm getting the
following error



ORA-00101 - Invalid specification for system parameter: MTS_DISPATCHERS.



This error is returned by the Database Configuration Assistant while
creating a new DB.



Can any explain what this error means and suggest a way round it.
