OEM Job Failed

hi there :

I've submitted successfully a job shutdown immediate with override credentials to the INTERNAL account and when the time comes to execute this job, the JOB FAILS ...

Then output of the job says :

"ORA-: message 0 not found; No message file for product=RDBMS, facility=ora

Any help ????
