Hello:

I have been running the query below to get an idea of the uga size and how much of shared pool is being used. The shared pool is currently 125mb and the sort area is 1mb. I have been seeing a uga, according to the max uga below, of about 4mb+. I know I have some sql queries that need tuning. I checked the sql for this user and many users are using the same sql in their respective seesions so there are multiple users with this size session uga.

Is there a particular uga size that I should watch for? What crieteria should I apply to judging when a uga max size is too big?

How does uga tie in with other initialization parameters?

Thanks for your information.
