Set up of what? OPS on NT? The best place to start is with the doco, available online at http://technet.oracle.com if you don't have it.

However, simply put, OPS installation is pretty straight forward:

  1. Ensure you have a clustered machine set up
  2. Install Oracle including OPS (note that OPS may not be available for install if you haven't done step 1)
  3. Build the database on the shared disk, including separate redo logs etc.
  4. Startup parallel from each node.

Of course, there's more to it than that. Depending on your version, you may need to do the DLM config separately. You will need to give some thought to the GC_ parameters and so on.
