Procedural Option in Oracle 7.3

I have recently installed a new RS/6000 machine with AIX4.3 and them Oracle
7.3.2. I have problems creating procedures/packages etc as  get errors
saying the procedural option must be on.



I have tried reinstalling but do not see the option.



Can anyone tell me where I am going wrong? Is it possible to switch this on
afterwards?



Any information would be greatly appreciated.
