It must be since Oracle is much more than just a database company.
Apparently someone has forgotten about their applications line, design
and development tools, and services component.



I think it is more likely that Microsoft will enter a rapid decline in
the next 5 to 10 years as Linux takes the desktop market.  What is
holding Linux back is the integrated office application suite to
displace Office 97.  Anyone want to get rich quick like Bill?  Write the
apps for  Linux!
