Just check the Oracle's certification web. http://education.oracle.com/certification/dba8_exam.html

It seems they have change the requirements. You got to take :

Exam 5: Oracle8: Network Administration and
Upgrade Exam: Oracle8: New Features for Administrators

For people who are certified in V7.
Regret, should have taken it earlier !
