Upgrading from 7.3.3 -> 7.3.4

Hello all,

it's neccessary for me to upgrade from 7.3.3 workgroup server to 7.3.4 enterprise server. Is it sufficient to make a cold backup of all database files or is the recommended way to export the complete database ? I'd like prefer the first solution :-)

Any comments ?
