First of all, the exact version is displayed everytime you start any Oracle tool and can also be retrieved from
select * from v$version.
To see which options you have
use select * from v$option. (This may have been introduced with 7.3.4) Y2k compatibility with Oracle has always been more of a client issue than of a server issue. It has always been possible to store the century. 7.3.3 should be y2k compliant. Oracle is not referring to it anymore, because it is not supported if a higher version exists for your platform (and 7.3.4 exists for AIX). You should upgrade to 7.3.4 soon.
