Need some opion on refresh the test database

Hello all, I need some advice on what is the best approach:

I have two database (1) production (2) test. I would like to refresh the data in the test database.
from the export of the production database. Should I import with DESTROY = Y and IGNORE=Y
so that it will recreate the tablespace and import the data

or

Should I truncate all tables in the test instance and IMPORT with IGNORE = Y.

or is there a better way
