How to increase ODynaset performance ?

Hi:

I am using oracle object for ole32 in the client side (windows 98 on PII, 128RAM), the
Oracle Server is an not-very-old HP server. The network is LAN which is fairly fast. I tryed
to retrieve a record set using ODynaset with read-only and no-cache options,
the record set is very big, about 500,000 records of 3 NUMBER columns. It take me
about 10 minutes to browse it from top to bottom. Is it normal, or have I done
something wrong?
