why Oracle process still taking 99% cpu

Hi, All

It is appreciative if someone could answer this:

After some report process is finished via report2.5 on Windows 95 client, the Unix server still see that process running taking 99% of cpu time, thus holding some other processes running. Is it the database cleanout problem, or Unix server problem, or client station problem?
