Hi,
This could be due to Oracle writing to the trace files process.dat and regid.dat . Go to $ORACLE_HOME/otrace/admin directory and check for the size of these files. Run otrccref to reset these file to the default size. Also set the environment variable EPC_DISABLED to TRUE and/or add the following entry in the $TNS_ADMIN/listener.ora.
