Kekko, Were you logged in as sys when you ran catproc? If so if you have not built another db using this install have you reviewed the install logs to be sure the install was totally successful? If it wasn't you should not have been able to get this far, but it could be worth a look. The only other thing that comes to mind is when your re- ran catalog and catproc did you run then in that order? --
