Sendig email through Oracle to Outlook 98

I am currently trying to send an email message through Oracle to Outlook 98.
Does anyone know how to acomplish this. The header, and body are entered
into text boxes, and those will have to be automatically entered into the
email to be send.



Any help would be gratly appreciated.
