There is no release 7.4, so you can't upgrade to it. The terminal release of 7 was 7.3.4. If you are on 7.3.3 and want to go to 7.3.4, that's a simple install the software and check for an upgrade script (I don't have a 7.3.4 kernel anymore to see what it would be called).
