I am using since 1989 the file etat.seq (joined here) to print (not only Oracle) duplex format reports (153 columns by 64 lines, both sides on A4) on HP/Unix systems.
To use it:

  lp etat.seq your_report_name.rep

Put SET PAGESIZE 64 LINESIZE 153 TRIMSPOOL ON in your login.sql.
